Leven CE (VC) Primary School

Enriching Life through Learning

We have 4 Parent Governors.

We currently have no vacancies.

Mrs Georgina Tattum (Geography and History)

I have been a childminder in Leven for over 7 years, achieving an outstanding grade from Ofsted. I have built up strong links with the local Pre schools and Leven school through my childminding, therefore aiding children’s transitions successfully. I am passionate about safeguarding and exploring early years development, but also beyond this I have supported my boys in their journey through Leven Primary School over the last 10 years.

I am friendly and approachable and having recently completed a degree in childcare alongside a qualification in autism I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.

I feel parents play an important role in their children’s education, their input is essential in enabling a cohesive relationship between their children and their school life, therefore I view my role as a parent governor as being incredibly important.

I thrive on village life attending the local playgroups through my work and supporting my children to integrate within the village and build strong relationships. Primary school life is central to this, I feel it is essential to support our children to ensure a strong educational focus to enable all to achieve and excel.

Mrs Ruth Eldret

Mr Mike Pashby

I’ve lived in Leven all my life and also attended the school myself in the 80’s.

I’m married with two children, I’m a qualified joiner and I work as a designer within the modular building industry.

Even before my two children started at the school I have always had a keen interest in its events.

My family comes first, but I enjoy most sports, am a bit of a sci-fi geek and I love football, although I’m reduced to being just a spectator nowadays.
